Do not wear jewelry:

Jewelry – especially rings – is a common cause of flute damage.

Such damage may not be repaired in some cases, especially for surfaces in and around the perforated holes.

Zippers and buttons can also cause scratches.

Assembling the flute:

It is essential to assemble and disassemble your flute carefully.

Do not grab or hold the flute on the mechanism, as this may cause it to lose its adjustment and damage the mechanism.

Wipe the flute:

Use a microfiber cleaning cloth, cotton swabs, and wooden cleaning sticks to extend the life of the flute.

Wipe the inside of your flute with a soft, absorbent cotton cloth (such as after each use).

Wipe off the fingerprints:

Fingerprints and grease on the surface can be removed on the outer surface of your flute using a microfiber cleaning cloth.

Do not use cloths that contain a glossy cleaner because these powders can enter the tank’s interior or the liner’s surface.

Although we don’t recommend silver polishing, some players still want it. Then, you must use silver polish carefully, not around mechanical devices or gaskets.

When you are not using the flute, it is best to store the flute in the flute. Keep the box clean, and not store the accessories in the container.

Headpiece and mouthpiece connection set care:

The mouthpiece should not be too loose or too tight. Qualified service technicians can make the correct adjustments.

Do not use petrolatum, lipstick, or cork to lubricate the area, as this will result in accumulation.

• The next time the flute is made, the hoes should be easily connected.

Your flute should be cleaned, oiled, and adjusted approximately once a year by qualified flute maintenance technicians.

A qualified service technician must regularly maintain your flute for annual maintenance.
